Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Service and product must be reported within 1 - 7 days.  
• Reason for return:  Damage - If there was damage to the property done by a MACHH's Paradise employee, it must be reported within 1 - 7 days.  For receiving a damaged item(s) or receiving the wrong product, please let us know within 1 - 7 days.
• Contact details and the process for return is to either call 347-709-7312 or email at machhsparadise1@gmail.com.  The process of return will be discussed with the customer.
• The process of refund will be discussed with customers.
• The standard process of return and refund is to repay the customer, replace the item, redo the job.
