In this article, I’m eager to share some updates and exciting developments both within MP and in my personal journey. In our last newsletter, I mentioned securing eight new cleaning accounts, receiving positive reviews, launching a significant neighborhood beautification campaign, and obtaining business insurance. While I had plans to expand the team, I've continued to manage everything solo—so far!

LGN: Exciting Ventures and New Collaborations

As I sit here at my Chromebook, I’m overflowing with updates and can’t wait to share them with you. So much has happened since our last conversation! Let me start with the most exciting ventures.

I’m thrilled to announce my collaboration with the President of the Colt Park Foundation. I’ve recently joined their board and am actively involved in launching several youth programs and beautification projects for the park. Additionally, I’m collaborating with the President of Sheldon Charter Oak to clean and beautify the area, which is the heart of Hartford.

These opportunities feel like a dream come true—something I’ve aspired to pursue for the past year. It’s as if they fell right into my lap, but I know this is the result of answered prayers. God is truly good.

Executive Profile:  Lessons in Leadership

Sometimes, when you teach or lead others, you end up teaching yourself in the process. I’ve always lived by and shared my core beliefs and mottos: never quit, reach for the top, and always do your best. To inspire others, it’s essential to lead by example. By consistently practicing these principles, not only do you reinforce them in others, but they also become ingrained in your own life, allowing you to grow and learn alongside those you guide. As a mother, grandmother, teacher, coach, and business owner, I’ve seen firsthand how living out these lessons—persisting, striving, and giving your all—can inspire others to do the same.

My Message to You: We're scaling in the right direction, and I hope you stay with me on this journey. I love my business and am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams. If you are passionate about something, go for it and never quit. Sometimes it takes a while to reach your destination, but keep working on it. The building and growth process might take longer than you want, but think of it as a learning journey. You have to go through different steps and levels to be able to handle the big achievements. You'll learn so much along the way, and when you get there, you'll be thankful and grateful that you didn't take the fast route.

What's New at MP

Our upcoming articles will dive into the unique stories behind MP and cover a variety of engaging topics. Right now, I'm thrilled to share that our website is nearing completion—well, at least I think it is! Anyone who's ever built a website knows it’s an adventure, and for me, it's been a journey filled with unexpected twists and turns as my business evolved alongside it. It all just unfolded naturally, and I couldn’t be happier with the direction we're headed. I hope you’ll feel the same.

LGN - The upcoming articles will feature interesting stories about MP as well as some great general topics. For instance, I am currently still working on this website and am thrilled to be nearing completion—or at least I think I am! If you've ever created a website before, you probably know what I mean.  It has been quite an adventure because my business evolved as I was creating and editing this newsletter. There was no prior warning or planning—it just naturally unfolded that way. It feels right, and I'm happy with the direction it's taken. I hope you will be too.

Executive Profile

MACHH's Paradise is a hospitality company that has grown and transformed over time. After graduating from Dodge Vocational High School, I worked several 9-5 jobs and owned a few businesses, many of which were in the hospitality industry—without even realizing it! My true journey into hospitality began unexpectedly, one day while watching Creflo Dollar on TV. He encouraged the audience to look up a scripture  about a Bible verse related to hospitality, and though at the time, I thought hospitality was just about being a good host at home, I soon realized it was so much more.

As I started noticing hospitality-related messages and advertisements everywhere, it became clear that this field was calling me. When I decided to return to college, I wasn’t sure what to study. But fate stepped in when I unintentionally picked up a Hospitality brochure at Monroe College. It was like the universe was guiding me towards Hospitality Management, and that’s when I knew this was my purpose—one I was destined to perfect and enhance.

So, thank you, Creflo Dollar, for that pivotal moment. And for those who may wonder, hospitality is all about providing services to others—welcoming and entertaining guests, visitors, and even strangers with kindness and generosity.

My Message to You: 

Creating this website has been a labor of love. It made me realize just how passionate I am about this business and how much I want to help others achieve their goals and dreams. I truly hope you enjoy exploring the site and find the services that meet your needs. If there’s something you’re looking for that you don’t see, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to make your experience as fulfilling as possible.
